Hi there! I’m Jessica — a nearly 30 year runner, Peloton rider, and weight lifter based in upstate New York. I started Fit and Sassy for women over 50 who want real fitness advice from someone who is actually in the trenches with them. Grab a good pair of leggings with pockets and stay a while.
